I ordered a card reader, when will I receive it?

Once you’ve ordered a Revolut Reader, we’ll verify your Merchant information is all updated and eligible for a card reader. Here’s some information on how long it may take:.

  • If no information is required or the information is already verified, we’ll proceed with the shipment of the card reader. 
  • The delivery can take up to 5 business days once shipped. You’ll receive an email and an SMS with the tracking number for your delivery.
  • If we need more information about your business, you should receive an email and see a banner in-the app indicating that more info is required.
