How can I refund a payment received via card reader?

To do so, please head to the Merchant tab and select the transaction you would like to refund. Click into the "related sale" transaction that appears within the transaction detail screen. A Refund button will be visible on the top left.

You can refund the same transaction multiple times - as long as the total amount does not exceed the full transaction amount.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days.
