How can I get help with my Revolut Business account?

Our Help Centre is your primary destination for assistance, designed to help you to resolve issues independently. If you're unable to find a solution through the Help Centre, our chat support is available 24/7 to provide further assistance.

  1. Click on your profile on the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Go to the 'Help' menu where you can also review your previous chat history by clicking 'View all requests'.
  3. Choose a relevant topic and explore available articles.
  4. If you can’t find an answer, select 'Chat with us' below the article (excluding this one — other help centre articles have this button).

If you're on a Enterprise plan, you can schedule a call with your account manager to assist you on basic topics about your business account.

Can't log in? Go to our password recovery page → 'Contact us'. You'll be asked to fill in some information. Follow the steps to start a chat.

The information available to you is limited by the permissions on your account. If you want to adjust your permissions, reach out to your account admin or owner.
