Where can I transfer money?

Not supported transfers

We currently do not support transfers to the following countries (this list may change at any time):

Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Crimea, Cuba, Côte d'Ivoire, Egypt, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Iraq, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, State of Palestine, Panama, Russia, Sevastopol, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Swaziland, Syrian Arab Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Vanuatu, Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of), Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to make payments in the following currency-country pairs, as we are in the process of making some changes to our payments infrastructure. We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and hope to have a resolution soon.

  • EUR transfers to Latin America countries
  • USD transfers to Barbados (BRB), Curaçao (CW), Gibraltar (GIB), Jersey (JEY), Malta (MLT), Malaysia (MYS), Monaco (MCO) or Saint Martin (SXM)
  • CHF and NOK transfers to Malta (MLT)

Supported currencies

You can send international transfers in the following currencies: UAE Dirham (AED), Australian Dollar (AUD), Bulgarian Lev (BGN), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Swiss Franc (CHF), Chilean Peso (CLP), Colombian Peso (COP), Czech Koruna (CZK), Danish Krone (DKK), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Hungarian Forint (HUF), Israeli New Sheqel (ILS), Indian Rupee (INR), Icelandic Krona (ISK), Japanese Yen (JPY), South Korean Won (KRW), Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT), Mexican Peso (MXN), Norwegian Krone (NOK), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Philippine Peso (PHP), Polish Zloty (PLN), Qatari Riyal (QAR), Romanian Leu (RON), Serbian Dinar (RSD), Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR), Swedish Krona (SEK), Singapore Dollar (SGD), Thai Baht (THB), Turkish Lira (TRY), United States Dollar (USD) and South African Rand (ZAR).

Although you can’t have a currency pocket for them, you can also make transfers in Indian Rupee (INR) and Philippine Peso (PHP) to their respective countries. Find out more here.

Please note, if you transfer money to a bank account which holds a different currency (for example, if you transfer CAD to an account which holds GBP), a conversion fee will be applied.
