To avoid errors, make sure:

• Your external bank's app is updated to the latest version
• You have your correct username and password ready. If applicable, have your physical token nearby
• You're the account holder (Business or Joint accounts may not be supported for credit verification)
• If you’ve linked this bank before, your old consent might be interfering. Try removing the bank from Revolut (if visible) and restart the process
• If you have a VPN active, it may trigger your bank's fraud prevention and block the connection
