How can I cancel a Revolut People subscription?
Cancellation conditions are outlined in our T&Cs. You can cancel if there is a breach of contract or if you don’t want to renew your monthly or annual plans. You can cancel your business’s subscription from within the platform. No cancellation fees apply.
If you’re cancelling because you don’t want to renew your subscription, we require a minimum of 45 days notice to close your account. You’ll need to pay for the upcoming month and, at the end of that period, your Revolut People account will be closed.
Steps to cancel your Revolut People subscription
- Go to 'Settings' within the Revolut People platform
- Go to the 'Admin' panel
- Scroll down, select 'Close account', and follow the prompts to complete closing your account
