How can I temporarily stop syncing transactions to Xero?

Stop syncing Xero transactions on Revolut Business account

  1. Go to 'Home' screen
  2. Open 'Settings' (on mobile app: click on your profile in the top left corner; on web app: click on cogwheel in the top right)
  3. Select 'Integrations'
  4. Select 'Xero' integration in the Accounting category
  5. Click on 'Bank feed' and remove the accounts you don't want to sync anymore

If you're not on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Hub'
  2. Select 'Integrations'
  3. Open the Xero integration
  4. Disable the bank feed sync
  5. Or, go to Xero settings
  6. Click 'Disconnect' to turn off the Xero integration

Stop syncing transactions on Xero account

On the Xero main page, go to the settings (top-right corner) and click 'Disconnect' to turn off the Xero integration.

We'll pause syncing transactions to Xero until you decide to resume it.
