Glovo

Premium, Metal, and Ultra customers can enjoy the Glovo subscription as one of their paid plan benefits. To access your Glovo subscription in the Revolut app:

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Select Your plan
  • Scroll down until you see your benefits and tap 'See all'
  • Select 'Glovo' and follow the instructions to activate this benefit
  • You'll need to apply the promo code in the Glovo app to activate the subscription

Make sure you're selecting a delivery address in Italy when activating the benefit. The email from your Revolut account and the Glovo account must match. If that's not the case, change the email in the Glovo account following the instructions in Glovo Help & Support materials.

Eligibility for Glovo access

Once you've activated the subscription, you'll be subscribed to either Glovo Prime Basic (Premium customers) or Glovo Prime Unlimited (Metal and Ultra customers). These include:

  • Glovo Prime Basic: 3 free deliveries each rolling month for 12 months. After the 3 rolling monthly deliveries, standard fees apply. Service fees are applicable to all orders
  • Glovo Prime Unlimited: unlimited free deliveries with a minimum order value. No service fees apply

Free delivery applies to selected restaurants and stores, excluding 'Courier' orders, and may be subject to a minimum order value. Downgrading or upgrading back to Premium plan won't grant 12 additional months of Glovo Basic.

Plan upgrades and active promotions

If you have another voucher currently applied to your Glovo account, including the Glovo Prime Basic subscription activated while you were on a Premium plan, you'll need to reach out to Glovo support to deactivate your current subscription and activate Glovo Prime Unlimited right away.

To deactivate your account, reach out to Glovo Support with these steps:

  • Open the 'Glovo app'
  • Go to 'Profile'
  • Select 'Help'
  • Select 'Not related to an order'
  • Select 'Glovo Prime'
  • Select 'How to unsubscribe'
  • Deactivation will take up to 48 hours from the request, after which you'll be able to activate your promo code

For any other errors with your subscription, get in touch with Glovo’s customer service team by email in the Glovo app. To do so, go to 'Profile' and select 'Help', select 'Not related to an order', select 'Glovo Prime', and choose 'Subscription payment error'.
