Unobravo
Premium, Metal, and Ultra customers in Italy get discounted rates for psychological support. Depending on your plan, you will find 2 different benefits in the 'Plan' section of your Revolut app.
The first benefit is a fully funded session if you're on the Metal and Ultra plan. The second benefit is an ongoing discount, with the value of the discount based on your plan:
- Premium: 1 individual session at €44.10 instead of €49 or 1 couple session at €53.10 instead of €59
- Metal: 1 individual session at €39.20 instead of €49 or 1 couple session at €47.20 instead of €59
- Ultra: 1 individual session at €34.30 instead of €49 or 1 couple session at €41.30 instead of €59
To redeem your codes:
- Go to your profile by tapping your profile icon in the top left-hand corner
- Tap 'Plan'
- Once in the 'My Plan' section, select the relevant 'Unobravo' benefit
- Tap 'Copy code and redeem' and you'll be sent to the Unobravo website
- Choose your therapy language
- If you're a new customer, sign up to a new account, complete the questionnaire, and attend your first preliminary non-medical meeting. If you're an existing customer, simply log in to your account
- Enter your dedicated code when confirming your next session to enjoy your dedicated rate
Important information
- Code management: remember that the 2 benefits (free and discount) generate different codes. Make sure to copy the correct one based on the session you are booking
- Validity: the benefit remains active as long as you maintain your Revolut paid plan (Premium, Metal, or Ultra). In the event of a downgrade, access to the discounted rates will end immediately
- Limitations: this offer is exclusively for the personal use of Revolut account holders with no restrictions. If the benefits are not visible in your paid plan section, they're not available for your profile. Promo codes are non-cumulative, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
Problems with the benefit
- If the promo code or the link in the app doesn't work at the time of redemption, contact us via our in-app chat
- For any errors related to the Unobravo platform, contact Unobravo customer service through the official channels on their website
The benefit must be used in accordance with Unobravo’s T&Cs.
