How should I claim an Octopus Energy reward?
Premium, Metal or Ultra plan customers
Switch your energy provider to Octopus Energy to receive a reward. Follow these steps to claim your reward:
- Tap 'Claim reward' in the promotion invitation you received and you'll be guided to the Octopus Energy website via a unique link
- Select your preferred tariff and complete the activation request within 18 days of receiving the promotion invitation
- Octopus Energy will review your request in 3–5 business days. Then, we'll add your reward into your account by the date mentioned in the promotion invitation
Standard plan customers
Upgrade to our Premium plan and switch your energy provider to Octopus Energy to receive a reward. Follow these steps to claim your reward.
- Tap 'Claim reward' and upgrade to Premium plan
- After upgrade, you'll be guided to the Octopus Energy website via a unique link
- Select your preferred tariff and complete the activation request within 18 days of receiving the promotion invitation
- Octopus Energy will review your request in 3–5 business days. Then, we'll add your reward into your account by the date mentioned in the promotion invitation
Eligibility requirements
- You must have received a promotion invitation
- You need to be on the relevant paid plan as mentioned in the promotion invitation
- You must complete the entire activation process via the unique link provided in your invitation
