My beneficiary hasn't received my bank transfer, what can I do?

If your beneficiary hasn't received your transfer, verify if the timeframe has been exceeded. See this FAQ for timeframes.

If it hasn't, we’re unfortunately unable to speed up the transfer. However, if it's been exceeded, confirm the transfer details with your beneficiary and provide them with the transfer confirmation. You can learn how to download it in this FAQ

If the transfer was returned to you but isn't visible in your account, request a confirmation from the beneficiary's bank and contact us.

Additionally, you can select the transfer to check its status in the transfer tracker.
