How do I get an update on my existing claim?

Qover are responsible for the management of all cancel for any reason protection claims. Revolut doesn't have access to your claim and can't confirm your eligibility for cover. You must contact Qover directly to check on an existing claim.

Qover's contact information can be found in-app:

  • Tap this link or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'insurance'
  • Then, select 'Cancel for any reason' and tap 'Get help'
