Cancel for any reason complaints

If you want to make a complaint in connection with your insurance policy, you'll need to contact the relevant insurance provider directly. If you send any complaint or claim to us, we'll pass it on to the relevant insurer without dealing with it.

To raise a complaint with Qover, email them at mediation@qover.com.

You can also call the Qover team to raise a complaint. The phone number can be found in the complaints section of the policy wording.

How to access policy wording

To read the T&Cs, follow these steps:

  • Tap this link or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu in-app, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'Insurance'
  • Select 'Cancel for any reason' and tap 'Documents'
