How do I make a cancel for any reason insurance claim?

If you're an Ultra plan holder and need to cancel an upcoming trip or event, keep these 2 deadlines in mind regarding submitting a cancel for any reason insurance claim:

  • Make sure your cancellation is processed before the trip or event start time
  • Submit your claim in the Revolut app as soon as you can — and within 30 days after cancelling the trip or event — to remain eligible for cover

To ensure a smooth claims experience, follow the steps detailed below.

Notify your supplier

Inform your trip or event suppliers immediately after you become aware that you need to cancel. You must cancel your trip or event before the start time and provide proof of your attempt to cancel with the supplier when submitting a claim.

Submit your claim

Submit your claim as soon as possible and no more than 30 days after cancelling the trip or event. To do this in-app:

  • Go to the search bar at the top of the screen and search for 'Insurance'
  • Select 'Insurance'
  • Select 'Cancel for any reason' and tap 'Claim'
