How to manually export expenses from Revolut to Xero

  • In Revolut Business, go to ‘Expenses’ and click ‘Download’. Filter if needed
  • Select 'CSV', choose a time period, and include receipts or pending transactions
  • In Xero, go to ‘Bills to Pay’, to ‘New Bill’, and select ‘Import from CSV’
  • Map columns (date, amount, category, notes) and complete the import
