My friend ordered a card, but I didn’t get the reward. Why?

Your friend probably only ordered a virtual card and didn't order a physical one.

How to order a physical card


  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap the card icon in the top-right corner
  3. Tap 'Add new'
  4. Choose a physical card and complete the order

Delivery fees may apply. Ordering a card associated with Revolut Pro, Revolut <18, Revolut Business, or a Joint Account won't count.

To view Terms & Conditions:

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner
  3. Select 'Invite friends' to see details of the Referrals campaign relevant to you
  4. Scroll down and tap on 'Terms & Conditions'
