How can I submit a complaint about my Revolut investments?

If you want to make a complaint about Revolut's investment services or products, contact us via our in-app chat. We'll review your complaint and try to make things right. Alternatively, you can make your complaint using this form, or you can email us at formalcomplaints@revolut.com. We need to know:

  • Your name
  • The phone number and email address associated with your account
  • When the problem arose
  • How you'd like us to put the matter right

What can I do if I’m unhappy with the proposed solution?

We’ll do our best to resolve your complaint. If you’re not satisfied with our response or explanations, you can contact us again to dispute the decision. If you’re still dissatisfied, you may contact the Bank of Lithuania, which investigates customer disputes out of court. See contact details below.
