I lost access to my phone number.
If you've changed your phone number, follow these steps:
- 'Lost access to my number' in the app, enter your old phone number and passcode;
- Provide a new phone number and answer security questions, and/or provide a selfie with your ID.
If you fail the verification process more than three times, you'll be directed to the support. Our support agents are always happy to help you. Please note that you must use a phone number issued from your country of residence.
