Order a new card

Who can order a card?

To order new cards, you must be an account owner or have permissions to view and manage cards. If you can't make a card order yourself, you can request a card in the 'Cards' tab.

Each team member can hold up to 3 physical cards and up to 200 active virtual cards. Only 200 virtual cards can be created within 24 hours for the same team member. This limit applies to all Revolut Business plans.

Ordering a card

If the individual already has account access:

  1. Go to ‘Cards’ in the Revolut Business app
  2. Click ‘Order card’
  3. Choose a cardholder. Make sure they're within their cards allowance limit
  4. Cardholder will receive a notification to claim the card and provide a delivery address

Delivery fee

The first physical card for each team member is free. Any additional cards will be charged a delivery fee starting from £4.99 (or currency equivalent) for standard shipping. You'll see the full price at checkout while ordering a card.

Delivery address

When ordering a card for yourself, you'll have the option to specify the address (e.g., office, home, foreign country) you'd like the card to be sent to. This also applies to team members who'll receive a card invitation.

Make sure you complete all of the below fields, as they are dependent on successful delivery:

  • Street name and house number
  • Entrance, floor, and door number
  • Postcode
  • City/town
  • Region 
  • Country
