Why is my document not matched to an expense?
- The transaction was not yet completed.
- The scanning and matching technology does not currently work on non-Revolut expenses. i.e. we are not able to identify a receipt for transactions made outside of Revolut.
- Sometimes we may get things wrong as the scanning and matching technology is always learning from our customers’ inputs. It will become smarter, in time, which means that the accuracy will improve over time.
