Who receives Merchant chargeback communications?

All team members that have the 'Manage Merchant Disputes' permission will receive the automated chargeback communications.

To add another team member to receive such emails, select the team member in 'Team' menu, click 'Role', and adjust their current permissions (if they have a custom role).
