Manage teams on Revolut Terminals

There are two types of team members for Revolut Terminals:

  • Revolut Business team members can log in to the Business account and use the devices
  • Revolut POS staff members cannot log in, but use a 4-digit passcode to access the terminal for sales, clock in/out, and other functions based on assigned roles

Revolut Business team members

To enable team members to log in to Revolut Terminals, first add them as team members in your Revolut Business account:

  • Go to Team
  • Select 'Invite'
  • Enter the email addresses of the team members you want to invite
  • Select 'Role' and view the role assigned to the profile
  • Select 'In-store' and enable the toggles
  • Select 'POS' and enable the 'Manage POS app access' toggle
  • Save

Revolut POS team members

In the Revolut POS Web Portal, go to the 'Team' section to add staff. Select their role, assign a PIN code, and allocate them to one or more locations. For more info, read this FAQ.
