You can use the eSIM free of charge within the country your business operates in.

How much does the eSIM cost?

The eSIM is completely free to use with your Revolut Terminal.

How to activate the eSIM

The first time you set up the terminal, it must be connected to Wi-Fi to download the latest updates and activate the eSIM. Follow these steps to activate the eSIM:

  • Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network
  • Make sure your device is updated and running the latest software. If you're unsure, restart it twice to trigger any pending updates
  • Go to 'More' in the menu and select 'Network'
  • Select 'Mobile Network'
  • Tap 'eSIM' and switch it on

If you don’t see the eSIM option, your device may not be up to date. Restart it twice while connected to a hotspot, then try again.

No network after activating my eSIM

If your eSIM is activated but you’re not getting any network signal, tap the eSIM to open advanced settings and check the following:

  • Make sure mobile data is turned on
  • Turn off 'Automatically select network', and try connecting manually to another available network
