Why has my card deposit been reverted?

If you’re trying to validate a new card, and you see a reverted “Auth for Card” record in your list of transactions, that means it was successfully verified.

You can then use it to add money right away. Check out this article to find out how to add money with that card.

If a regular card loading transaction was reverted, it’s most likely due to a temporary connection issue with your bank.

You can check with your bank to see if they're currently experiencing any issues with their user authentication systems (3DS) or authorisation systems.

If this is the case, you shouldn't be charged. But if your funds were blocked or you were charged, it might take your bank up to 5 working days to process our reversal request and update your balance to its original level.

👉 Give it some time before you try to add money by card again. If you’re still unsuccessful, try adding money via Apple or Google Pay, or an alternative method.
