Are there any situations when interest won't be paid to me?

There are various situations in which interest might not be paid to you. We've listed a few of these situations below:

  • If your Flexible Account interest is less than €0.01. We'll continue collecting your interest and pay it to you when the accumulated net interest exceeds this amount.
  • If your money hasn't reached the fund manager yet, and therefore there's no interest to be paid. You'll start earning interest after your money reaches the fund manager upon the next dealing cut-off time.

For example, if you added money to your Flexible Account after 10 am EET on Friday, you won't receive interest until Tuesday (supposing that Friday, Monday, and Tuesday are business days).
