You'll continue to receive daily interest payments regardless of whether you withdraw or don't withdraw your earned interests. 

If there's any left-over interest that's not withdrawn by the first business day of the next month, it'll be automatically reinvested in the same Money Market Fund on the next business day. This monthly reinvestment leads to compounding, and you'll begin earning interest on the accumulated interest from the second business day of the following month.
