How can I find the right city tickets?
Where to purchase tickets
In order to purchase train, bus or tram tickets within the city:
- Go to ‘Lifestyle’ or ‘RevPoints’ on the bottom menu
- Tap ‘Transport’
- Accept the T&Cs, if you haven't already
- Go to ’Public transport’ and purchase your tickets
How to find relevant tickets
To find tickets which are relevant and useful for you:
- Tap the city selection button at the top-right corner of the screen
- Select the city where you are looking for tickets
- All available tickets within the city will be displayed and grouped by ticket type
- Scroll vertically to identify the ticket type (row of tickets) which is relevant to you
- Within the relevant ticket type, scroll horizontally or click ‘See all’ to find the right ticket
How to understand ticket details
Ticket information is available on the ticket selection screen as well as the checkout screen. Some useful ticket details to look out for are:
- Ticket type — tickets are grouped by their type (single trip, time, monthly, group, etc.)
- Ticket title — the ticket title tells you about the validity of the ticket (e.g. 20 min, 3 hours, 10 days, one trip, etc.)
- Price — the price details for purchasing one ticket
- Zones — there may be one or more zones, lines, or areas where the ticket can be used. If no zones or lines are mentioned, the ticket’s usage isn't constrained by zones
- Other tags — there may be other tags which specify the eligibility rules for using a ticket (e.g. 1 user, group of 10, resident)
Ticket description
The description of the ticket, as provided by the city’s transportation authority, is presented in the checkout screen. Additional information and rules may be mentioned in the description, which may be missing from other fields
If the rules of usage and eligibility criteria for a ticket aren't clear from the above fields, make sure you understand the local transport rules from a city transport authority before purchasing a ticket.
