I have an issue with my ticket

I have purchased the wrong ticket

Tickets are purchased from the city transport authority via a third-party aggregator. Unfortunately, neither the city transport authority or the third-party aggregator support ticket refunds and returns.

If you have purchased a ticket which isn't valid for your planned journey, you'll need to purchase a different ticket which is valid for your journey.

I received a wrong or invalid ticket

The ticket which you have received is provided by the city transport authority via a third-party aggregator. To correct the ticket, or resolve any problem with the ticket, you need to contact Skycash (the third-party aggregator who provided the ticket).

How can I contact Skycash?

You may start a chat with our customer support team, and ask an agent to contact Skycash on your behalf. Alternately, you may contact Skycash by visiting the Skycash portal: https://partner.skycash.com/revolut/. To get your user name and one-time password to log in:

  • Go to ‘Transport in your Revolut app’
  • Go to the ‘Help’ section
  • Go to ‘Contact Skycash support’ which will show your username and one-time password
  • Copy your username and use it for log in
  • If one-time password has expired, click on ‘Generate’ to obtain a new one-time password
  • Copy one-time password and use it for log in
