I didn't receive a tracking number for my card delivery

Standard and Plus plan card delivery doesn't include a tracking number, but we provide an estimated delivery date in the Revolut app. Premium, Metal, and Ultra plan customers can choose priority delivery and receive a tracking number once their card is dispatched.

To check your delivery status or tracking number:

  1. Go to the 'Home' screen
  2. Tap the card icon in the top-right corner
  3. Choose your card
  4. Tap 'More details'
  5. You'll be able to see your physical card details and the estimated time of arrival

Your tracking number may not be immediately visible after your card has been posted. Please allow one extra working day for the details to update in-app.

If you requested a replacement card via email, it will be sent without a tracking number. It should arrive in 5-8 working days, depending on the destination. Your current card will work until the date specified in the email.
