I have not received my card. When will my card be delivered?

If you haven't received your card, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 'Home' screen
  2. Tap the cards icon in the top-right corner
  3. Choose your card and select 'More details' for an estimated delivery date
  4. If the delivery date has passed, select 'Reorder this card' to get a replacement. The first replacement is at no cost

To prevent delivery issues, verify your address before ordering.

In the case of issues like an opened envelope, reorder. Delivery times may extend during holidays.
