Managing a mortgage loan

How do I change the mortgage repayment account?

From the mortgage loan management dashboard, go to the ‘Repayment method’ and select ‘Manage’. You can then select which account your mortgage repayments come from.

We'll attempt to charge the main borrower’s repayment account first, followed by the co-borrower’s account. If neither borrower has sufficient funds, we'll charge the back-up card set by you.

How do I change the mortgage repayment date?

Head to your mortgage loan management dashboard and select ‘Change day’. We'll show you the dates you can choose from.

To change the date, you must not be overdue on your payments. The date can’t be changed on your repayment date.

Once you change the repayment date, this will be your new repayment day for all upcoming payments.

Can I cancel my mortgage?

There is a withdrawal period of 14 days after signing your mortgage loan agreement, during which you can cancel your mortgage without having to provide a reason.

If you cancel your mortgage after the funds have already been transferred to your initial bank account, you'll have to repay the full amount — including accrued interest — as soon as possible after cancellation, but no later than 30 days after notifying us about your mortgage cancellation.

You can also repay your mortgage at any time after ‌the disbursal of funds to you. Go to your mortgage loan management dashboard and select ‘Repay’, then select ‘Pay Off Mortgage’.
