Mortgage loan application troubleshooter

How can I add a co-borrower?

  • Try logging out and back in to the Revolut app
  • Both the main applicant and the co-applicant need to grant the Revolut app permissions to access their list of phone contacts
  • Both applicants should have each other in their contact list
  • Both applicants should have sent each other at least one transfer
  • The number stored in each applicant's contact list should be identical to the number used for their Revolut account
  • This phone number needs to be listed as a 'Mobile' number
  • Both applicants need to have each other listed as trusted beneficiaries
  • Make sure country code is included next to the number

After completing all these steps, both applicants should restart their app to allow their contact lists to sync up. If the problems persist, close the Revolut app, delete your co-borrower's contact from your phone, add it again, and re-open the app.

How can a co-borrower access a consent?
