Can I refinance multiple mortgage loans in one application?
If a mortgage consists of multiple sub-facilities, you can select several of them to refinance. These sub-facilities will then be combined into a single, consolidated mortgage.
We automatically retrieve all eligible mortgages from the official registry and list them for the borrower to review during the application process. Make sure you select mortgages you want to refinance.
If you select only one mortgage/sub-facility, the amount must be above 35,000 euros. If multiple sub-facilities are selected to be combined, their total sum must exceed the 35,000 euros threshold.
Can I refinance multiple unrelated mortgage loans at once?
We automatically retrieve all eligible mortgages from the official registry and list them for you to review during the application process. Make sure you select all the mortgages you want to refinance.
Your individual situation will be assessed by a mortgage manager, letting you know if separate mortgages can be consolidated. If this is not possible, a mortgage manager would advise refinancing mortgage loans one by one.
