If your insurance provider is Cover Genius, there is no excess fee for medical claims. For the reimbursement of unused trip costs and personal property protection claims, there's a variable excess which is 10% of your claim amount (up to a max of €50) applied to the claim amount.

If your insurance provider is Allianz. The excess amount is €50 for any medical expense claim, which is the amount you're responsible for paying if you make a claim. The excess fee for emergency dental cover is also €50.
