Delivery time for Revolut Reader

Typically, ‌delivery can take up to 5 business days once the reader has been shipped. You can always refer to the tracking link in the email confirmation we sent you.

Verification and shipment process

Once you’ve ordered a Revolut Reader, we’ll verify your merchant information is updated and eligible for a card reader. If no information is required or the information is already verified, we’ll proceed with the shipment of the card reader right away.

If we need more information about your business, you should receive an email and see a banner in-app indicating that more information is required.
