What happens if I want to opt out of the crypto migration?
If you don't submit the information before the deadline, we'll have to migrate your account and limit access to our crypto services temporarily. This won't impact your current portfolio in any way. Once you provide the required information and accept T&Cs, you'll be able to access all features.
In case you don't want to provide additional information and want to opt out of the migration from Revolut Ltd to Revolut Digital Assets Europe Ltd (RDAEL), reach out to Revolut Support by requesting live support by typing 'Live agent' in the in-app chat.
Opting out means you'll no longer be able to access any of our Crypto services, but it won't impact your current portfolio. To opt out successfully, your crypto balance needs to be zero. If not, you'll need to sell all your crypto tokens or assets and ensure you have a zero crypto balance.
