How can I manage Revolut Business notifications?

Email subscriptions

If you don't want to receive marketing emails from us, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the latest marketing email we sent you.

You can also opt out of our marketing emails or push notifications by going to Settings > scrolling down to Privacy > switching 'Targeted marketing' off.


You can also toggle transfer notifications on or off. To do this, go to Settings > Notifications > Transfers > then enable or disable notifications.

You could be receiving notifications for failed transfers. Go to 'Payments' section > 'Transfers' tab > scroll down to see 'Failed' transfers and select the transfer > then click 'Retry' to submit the transfer again, or select 'Delete'.


We send notifications about card 'Expenses' when:

  • You need to complete an expense that's missing information: go to 'Incomplete' expenses tab in-app
  • You need to approve an expense that your team member submitted: go to 'In review' expenses tab

Account owner/admins can disable expenses notifications in-app, except for approvals and uploads.

Card payments

You might receive a 3D Secure (3DS) notification on your mobile app to authorise your card payment. Revolut has no control over which merchants require 3DS authorisation, thus this can't be disabled. More about 3DS here.

Revolut requests

To comply with the requirements of financial regulators, we may ask you for various details to make sure we have up-to-date information about your business. To stop such notifications, you must provide us with required information: go to 'Requests' menu in your Revolut Business account to find more about the request.
