How to view or manage billing

  1. Open our mobile app
  2. Go to your 'Profile'
  3. Tap on 'Your plan'
  4. Tap 'Manage'
  5. Tap 'Change plan'
  6. View your billing frequency and next payment date
  7. If you are on a monthly plan, tap 'Save on annual' to switch to annual billing

You cannot change your billing date.

If you switch to another plan, you must first enrol into a monthly plan, then you can switch to annual billing.
