What should I do if a transfer doesn't arrive to my Revolut account?

If you haven't received your transfer, please follow these steps:

  • Check if the transfer timeframe has passed (For the timeframes, tap here), most transfers are not executed during weekends or bank holidays.
  • Check if the transfer was received in a different currency on the Home screen.
  • Obtain transfer confirmation from sending bank with name, IBAN, date, and amount; ask for 'MT103' for SWIFT transfers.
  • Match the details on the transfer confirmation with the account details in-app; contact sending bank if the details don't match.
  • Request the sending bank to locate the transfer; only they can initiate an official inquiry.
