What should I do if a transfer doesn’t arrive to my Revolut account?

First check your other accounts in case the transfer arrived in a different currency than expected.

If you’re still unable to find the transfer, check if the expected transfer time frame has passedhere.

If the time frame has passed, we'll provide the required documents and steps to get support.

If you haven't received your transfer, please follow these steps:

  • Confirm country and currency ‌supported here
  • Check if the transfer timeframe has passed here
  • Check your other accounts in case the transfer arrived in a different currency than expected

Request a transfer confirmation from the sending bank.

  • Check your Revolut details match the transfer confirmation
  • Ask the sending bank to locate the transfer. They’re the ones who can open an official inquiry.
