My crypto deposit didn't arrive, where are my funds?

If the deposit isn’t pending in-app, then we have no sight of it on the blockchain. This means that there’s a problem with the sending side of the transaction. If you’re receiving this from someone else, then let them know there’s an issue. 

If you’re sending this yourself, double-check the details you typed in when initiating the transaction — address, currency, tag/memo (if relevant to the currency). If you’re receiving this from a centralised platform, there may be a delay between initiation and execution on the blockchain.
