How do I set up a Direct Debit?

We support Core direct debits in EUR and GBP. To set up a direct debit, just give the organisation you want to pay your unique account details. To find your account details:

For Euros:

• Head to the 'Payments' section
• Choose ‘Accounts’
• Select EUR, or tap ‘add a new EUR account’
• You’ll find the account details to make a bank transfer under the ‘Local’ tab

Please note that the maximum limit for a Direct Debit transaction in EUR is currently EUR 10,000.

For British pounds:

• Head to the 'Payments' section
• Choose ‘Accounts’
• Select GBP, or tap ‘add a new GBP account’
• You’ll find the sort code and account number under the ‘Local’ tab

Please note that there is no maximum limit for a Direct Debit transaction in GBP at the moment.
