How to freeze or unfreeze a card

Freeze your card

  1. Go to 'Cards'
  2. Choose your card
  3. Select 'Freeze'

Any card payments attempted with this card will be declined.

Unfreeze my card

  1. Go to 'Cards'
  2. Choose your card
  3. Select 'Unfreeze'

If you’re unable to unfreeze the card, you’ll need to contact the account admin.
