Fees for using Expenses
The fees to use Expenses are charged upfront, i.e. at the beginning of the billing cycle. Right now, the Expenses feature costs 5 € per each member that submits expenses.
If there are new eligible Expenses team members in the current billing cycle, we charge next month's fees upfront and then recover charges for the members added in the current billing cycle. Go to 'Billing' to see your ongoing billing cycle, usage, and fees.
If you don't want to use this feature, you can disable it from your account using the following steps:
If you're on the new app interface:
- Go to 'Expenses'
- Click on 'Settings' (or tap '...' if you're on the mobile app)
- Scroll down and choose 'Turn off expense tracking'
If you're not on the new app interface:
- Go to 'Hub'
- Tap the 'Expenses' icon
- Click on '...' and then 'Settings'
- Scroll down and choose 'Disable Expense Tracking'
