I can't log in to my account
Steps to log in to the mobile app
- Download the Revolut Business app — make sure you select the app with the white R logo on a black background
- Open the app and select 'Log in'
- Enter the email address for your Business account
- Enter your 6-digit passcode
- You may be asked for a quick selfie to verify your identity
- You should receive an email to verify your login. Open it on the same device and follow the instructions
- If you’ve forgotten your passcode, go to the 'Forgot your passcode' section below
Steps to log in to Revolut Business
- Go to Revolut Business
- Enter the email address for your Business account
- Enter your 6-digit passcode
- Accept the push notification sent to your app
- If you haven't logged in to the app, you can choose another verification method by selecting 'Choose another method'
- If these steps don’t work, click 'Can’t verify methods above' and follow the instructions on-screen
I’ve forgotten my passcode
- Select 'Forgot your passcode?' on the passcode screen
- Verify your identity with a quick selfie by scanning a QR on web with your mobile, or in-app
- You might be asked to scan an ID document too. Upload a valid government-issued ID like a passport, national ID, or driver's licence
- You need to verify your email, or accept a push notification in your app if you're using web
- You may be asked to set up a new 6-digit passcode
I've lost access to my email
- Go to the Revolut Business log-in page (either in the app or web)
- Select 'Lost access to email'
- Provide the email address associated with your Business account
- Follow the instructions on the screen to verify your identity
