I can't log in to my account

Steps to log in to the mobile app

  • Download the Revolut Business app — make sure you select the app with the white R logo on a black background
  • Open the app and select 'Log in'
  • Enter the email address for your Business account
  • Enter your 6-digit passcode
  • You may be asked for a quick selfie to verify your identity
  • You should receive an email to verify your login. Open it on the same device and follow the instructions
  • If you’ve forgotten your passcode, go to the 'Forgot your passcode' section below

Steps to log in to Revolut Business

  • Go to Revolut Business
  • Enter the email address for your Business account
  • Enter your 6-digit passcode
  • Accept the push notification sent to your app
  • If you haven't logged in to the app, you can choose another verification method by selecting 'Choose another method'
  • If these steps don’t work, click 'Can’t verify methods above' and follow the instructions on-screen

I’ve forgotten my passcode

  • Select 'Forgot your passcode?' on the passcode screen
  • Verify your identity with a quick selfie by scanning a QR on web with your mobile, or in-app
  • You might be asked to scan an ID document too. Upload a valid government-issued ID like a passport, national ID, or driver's licence
  • You need to verify your email, or accept a push notification in your app if you're using web
  • You may be asked to set up a new 6-digit passcode

I've lost access to my email

  • Go to the Revolut Business log-in page (either in the app or web)
  • Select 'Lost access to email'
  • Provide the email address associated with your Business account
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to verify your identity
