Need a hand?

You can change your personal address on our web app only. Here’s how:

1. Log in to our web app
2. Go to settings (click on your profile in the top left corner)
3. Go to ‘Account & documents’
4. Choose ‘Personal profile’ and click ‘Personal details’
5. Edit your address as needed. Once updated, we'll ask you some questions for security purposes
6. We may need additional information to confirm it’s really you, such as a selfie or proof of residency

We’ll review your request within 24 hours and update your address. We’ll let you know if we need any more information from you.
