Cancel a transaction on the Revolut Reader

To cancel a payment, click 'Cancel' in the Revolut Business app on the 'Payment in progress' screen.

If the customer is paying by chip and PIN, and they haven't entered their PIN yet, you can also ask them to remove their card from the reader, or to click the 'X' symbol on the pin pad.

If it's too late to cancel the payment, you can always refund the customer.
