Issues with operating address verification

I can't see card delivery as a proof to verify operating address

You won't be able to select card delivery as a proof method to verify my operating address if:

  • You have already chosen a different card delivery address than your operating address
  • You have changed your operating address after choosing your operating address for card delivery under 'Plan & Card' section
  • You have entered a virtual operating address

My bank statement was rejected

  • Your company is operating via a virtual address (i.e. PO box)
  • Your statement is from a digital bank
  • It is not dated in the last 3 months
  • It is not made in the legal name or trading name of a business
