Trip & event cancellation protection is available for Revolut Ultra plan customers only.

To make a claim for trip or event cancellation go to Lifestyle → Insure → Trip/Event Cancellation → Get Help → Make a claim.

You'll be requested to provide a number of relevant documents, such as:

• Original receipt from the retailer.
• Proof that you requested the cancellation.

If you cancel for a specific reason, you'll need to provide documents to prove that reason (like a police report in case of theft) as part of the claim process.
