Manage Expenses notifications

When you spend on your Revolut Business card or make a bank transfer, your company administrator requires you to provide some details about the expense (such as the receipt, category, description or labels).

You'll receive notifications to remind you that some of your expenses are incomplete, and are missing information. Here's how to complete the details and submit the expenses:

If you're on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Expenses' (on mobile: tap your profile in the top-right corner, then 'Expenses')
  2. Select the expense
  3. Attach a receipt and complete the details
  4. Submit the expense

If you're not on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Hub'
  2. Click 'Expenses' and select the expense that is missing info
  3. Attach a receipt and complete the details
  4. Submit the expense

Disabling notifications

You can opt out from both push notifications and email reminders. To do so:

If you're on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Click 'Notifications'
  3. Select 'Expenses' and disable the 'Enable all notifications' toggle

If you're not on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Settings' by clicking your profile icon in the top left corner
  2. Choose 'Notification settings'
  3. Select 'Expenses' and hit the toggle for push and emails off
