Albertine is a premium concierge provider for Ultra customers. The services you can access from the Albertine app include:

• Event access: secure hard-to-get tickets
• Dining: manage reservations at exclusive venues
• Travel: curate itineraries and accommodation
• Lifestyle: organise personal services around the world
• Shopping: source and delivery of goods and gifts

The services that Albertine provides are always evolving and the form and nature may change from time to time.

At the heart of the experience is the request. Any interaction initiated through the Revolut app, regardless of its complexity or ultimate outcome, is treated as a single request. This serves as a distinct unit of service, allowing you to track your usage seamlessly within the Albertine interface.

You have access to 2 requests each calendar month. For example:

• 1 request: includes research, booking, and subsequent changes for a single category (such as a dinner reservation and any later updates)
• Additional request: triggered by adding a new category or activity (such as booking flights and asking for dining recommendations in the same trip uses 2 requests)

To use your Albertine benefit, follow the steps below:

• Tap 'Profile' in the top left-hand corner and select Plan
• Select the 'Concierge' benefit
• Tap 'Sign up on Albertine' to be redirected to the Albertine redemption flow
• Create an account or sign in using one of the options offered
• Download the app and start using your benefits

Albertine will be available for a limited amount of time only. If you move from Ultra to any other Revolut plan (paid or Standard), your Albertine subscription will be terminated.
